Everything about ordering, delivery, payment and returns.
How to order
1. Add products to your cart, or tap “Order via WhatsApp” on a product. 2. Enter your name, phone, city and address. 3. Send us the prepared WhatsApp message — we confirm your order and delivery time.
Delivery
We deliver to all cities in Morocco, usually within 24–72 hours after confirmation. Delivery is free on orders over 500 MAD.
Payment
Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the delivery agent when you receive your order — no card is needed.
Returns & exchanges
If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
